Castle Farm - Harold Hill

Far out! In October 1969 Harold Hill band Castle Farm stare into the deepest cracks of their souls (actually, the cow pond in the manor).
From left to right: Steve Traveller (Drums), Tex Benike (Guitar), Mick Worwood (Vocals), Spyder Curphey (Bass).

Spyder Curphey:

'Since the Beatles and the Stones came out everybody wanted to be in a band. My dad was a bandleader anyway, and I already knew how to play the drums, the piano, and the guitar. I played bass in the band. I came from a musical family, so did the others.

When I was at school it was considered uncool to go to the youth clubs. But then the music started up and it wasn’t just table tennis. It became cool to go.'
